Co-workers on a good day. 15% no match retirement (it might have lowered for new employees).
Cons
Morale is low, people are underpaid and micromanagement. If not a director, they are currently taking your office away and putting you in cubicles. No annual raise for last couple years. Yeah, we got an annual $500 raise but our insurance went up $500. No support system and very little training/development. Changes are constant. Save your frustration and time and go work somewhere else.
