Pros
Small group of people in the area I work. Friendly and willing to help coworkers. Can have oppertunities to move out of a department or up in the company often.
Cons
Some of the other departments in college are being ran like high school clicks. Some of the people in management look at others as competition rather that treat them as coworkers. Others may treat you like you are not as valuable to the team or *less" than them because you don't have a degree.
