      hours are pretty great, with weekends and major holidays off.

      Cons

      higher ups will push political agendas way too much the pay for the work is not great you will be asked to do a lot more than you agree to, with no extra pay excessive drama and behind your back talking managers do not listen when you have an issue and only care about themselves

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
