Pros
--Work/life balance, depending on role. --Great colleagues who cared a lot about students, supportive & friendly culture within department. --Direct supervisors are approachable and helpful.
Cons
--Pay. --More of a business than a school. Profit always takes priority over student learning. --Some aspects of the culture. Supposed emphasis on diversity, but as an LGBT person I've run into some issues.
