Helping students achieve success is rewarding. Good retirement.
Cons
Poor work/life balance, they expect you to work more with less resources, execs make decisions that affect teachers and students based on little or no research, and employees are denied ADA accommodations they would never deny a student. Low, infrequent raises. Mass exodus the past several years of great employees who simply got fed up. Employee satisfaction is given lip service.
