      Benefits are great, people here are really nice to work with. Students are a lot of fun and have a great chance to change their lives with an education.

      Cons

      Lot of change happens, Hours could be better. Sometimes hard to get with students due to community college. Lot of people have been here for a long time and we seem to be behind the times on a lot of things.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
