Pros
The Resource Development Lead was incredible, as was majority of the staff and professors at the College. The events planned were both fun and helpful to the community. The collecting and distributing of funds was incredibly thoughtful and used in a way that helped the most people. Very rewarding and friendly environment overall.
Cons
A disadvantage of working in a non-profit sector is that the pay will always be less than in the corporate or private sector.
