Pros
The instructors and staff were nice and some were helpful. Some departments offer training and some just throw you in to sink. It depends on which department you are hired into.
Cons
Low pay with little to no raises Revolving door. Most staff leave within two years. Faculty longer. Infighting within departments and with other departments Toxic environment No support from HR and no cases reported to HR ever get resolved.
