      Cons

      Be ready to work day and night, 7 days a week to meet expectations. Admin do not support faculty with disruptive student issues. You are treated as if you are disposable.

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
