Pros
Really enjoy working with students and seeing them succeed. It is great to see a student come back after graduation and let you know how great they are doing in life.
Cons
Some upper level management can be very unprofessional and difficult to work for. There is a lack of consistency and communication at each of the campuses and throughout the entire structure.
