      Great support, efficient technology, and enjoyable work

      Cons

      I work adjunct, but am plugged into multiple campuses. I could easily get more than 2 courses each semester, but can only ever accept 2, because then I would be considered full time. This is frustrating. I would love to be full time, but I understand about the offering of benefits. I wish I could at least accept all of the courses offered to me.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
