      Pros

      Ivy Tech has a safe and friendly environment. I have a close relationship with my employers and other staff. I appreciate the time spent to ensure I am preforming at my highest level.

      Cons

      Ivy tech only allows you to work 20 hours a week through the work study program. I also feel over qualified for the position i am in.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
