      Ivy Tech offers excellent benefits and has an amazing do-good culture that is committed to supporting it's students!

      Cons

      A lot of policies and procedures are very old school. The college isn't very open to change. Pay is not amazing.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
