      You work with great people and many unconventional students, which is refreshing.

      Cons

      You also have to deal with people who are looking to be handed a degree for showing up. No good benefits unless you are full-time.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
