1)Campus leadership and especially state leadership are out of touch with student and employee needs 2)Very enrollment driven. Ivy Tech seems to only care about enrolling as many people as they can rather than making sure the ones that they have are successful 3) Peak season can be very stressful 4) Total enrollment goals are always held over your head and there is always the threat to work evening and nights if enrollment goals are not being met. 5)The pay for the amount of work that is expected could be better.
