Great frontline staff and decent middle managers who could be good but lack support from corporate leadership
Cons
Corporate culture is dysfunctional. Executives fire people on a whim and fire people people frequently - they don't take the time to train, clarify, or redirect their staff. Really strong leaders have been let go or decide to leave.
