      Very helpful faculty! Training and requirements were easy to follow and efficient. Work load was manageable for the pay and it was rewarding to work with students online.

      Would like more credit hours per term.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
