Excellent people in L4-L7 development team , indeed collaborative, enthusiastic. Extra curricular activities were a joy for employees. Honestly, this is a great place for a fresher to start, whoever loves systems nitty-gritty designing & algorithms.
Cons
Nobody in the management buys your development goals. They have ample bugs to tie you down to work. Promises a lot of development activity at the start of every sprint, but ends something monotonous. The management need to take action on what they say at the onset. Bonus is a really bonus here, they can bend anything to deprive you of it. A lot of people has developed the habit of working late into the night, whereas spending most of the daytime in some meetings and calls. The development centre at Calcutta has a superficial HR team, failed to understand what are they meant to solve, only came to interact with them when the company had a shortfall in their bonus distribution or during people leaving the company.
