Pros
- Offices with good facilities and free-to-use kitchenette - Easy to get recruited when they're in urgent - Many flexible projects, amazing place for workaholics. You can get to work with people from parts of the world - Fast pace with constant changes, you'll learn how to adapt and improve better - Most co-workers are friendly, helpful and you guys share a mutual interest in movies
Cons
- Due to the nature of this job, you often have to work OT but receive no compensation. The management still forces you to be present at desk from 9 to 6 despite that. - VERY weak HR, doesn't understand the staff's work and can't help you any at all except doing their own tasks - Huge workload, unbalanced work-life balance. No matter how much the employees have raised this issue, the company doesn't have a solution for this. - Upper-management is too busy to review your performance (or they don't care at all). I have not seen people doing a bad job get punished at all. - Unclear career path, no goals for the staffs to improve/try harder
