      Pros

      I was able to watch movies, tv shows, etc. that I was designated to input subtitles for.

      Cons

      The managing director was only in the office half of the week, so the managing staff was very disorganized. Like the director did while I was there, the team leaders played favorites among their group. The work load was too much for the tiny amount that they pay employees.

      Pros

      At the beginning, I had stable work and didn’t have to worry about making ends meet. Iyuno was enough as my main income, and I could live comfortably.

      Cons

      Over time, my workload was gradually reduced without any explanation, despite having five years of experience and consistently high-quality work. I was effectively replaced by new translators while being kept in the dark. This has left me uncertain about my future, and unfortunately, I can no longer rely on Iyuno as a primary source of income. After years of dedication and turning down other opportunities to stay loyal, this outcome is very disappointing.
