While your experience at Iyuno is not in line with the majority of our current staff, who provide positive feedback and consider Iyuno a great place to work, we note that some of your comments are voicing frustrations that are not supported by the facts. Iyuno is proud to work closely, and daily, with supervisors to address work-life balance in our employees' lives. We observe all major national holidays and add even more paid days off to the company calendar to ensure employees get time off to rest, rejuvenate, and relax. We provide more paid days off and better benefits than our competition, and we hold regular Town Halls to seek out feedback and respond in real time to employee questions and needs. With a major merger in any growing and thriving company there are moments of upheaval as things change.
