      Pros

      People seemed to be genuinely nice.

      Cons

      Interviewed with them for a month. Got an offer, and agreed to start after a vacation. I come back from the vacation, go to my first day, we go through the orientation, they hand me the laptop and credentials, the CCO calls me right after and tells me they decided to get rid of the position that I was hired for. They had more than a month to tell me that. I am, on one hand, relieved because based on what I've been told from former employees, this seems to be just a fraction of how disorganized they are. Still, it's crazy what actually happened. They offered to cover one week's worth of salary, I passed on so many opportunities for this job and it doesn't even begin to cover my financial loss.

      Pros

      At the beginning, I had stable work and didn’t have to worry about making ends meet. Iyuno was enough as my main income, and I could live comfortably.

      Cons

      Over time, my workload was gradually reduced without any explanation, despite having five years of experience and consistently high-quality work. I was effectively replaced by new translators while being kept in the dark. This has left me uncertain about my future, and unfortunately, I can no longer rely on Iyuno as a primary source of income. After years of dedication and turning down other opportunities to stay loyal, this outcome is very disappointing.
