Pros

Flexible working hours, can work remotely if there are any specific work arrangement is needed. Overall staff welfare is good

Cons

Managers are not willing to communicate with staffs and care about their feelings and listen to comment. They only expected to do what they said. I have found some problems on the working procedure which will affect the accuracy of my work, I tried to talk to managers regarding this. But they claimed that they can’t see any problem on it even I had difficulties on following their ways to complete the task.

Thank you for your review. We have implemented staff surveys and feedback meetings where we reach out regularly to get input from staff. We're sorry your experience wasn't the best, but we do hear you and we agree that it is important to keep the communication free flowing to ensure staff and management are aligned on a common purpose.

Pros

At the beginning, I had stable work and didn’t have to worry about making ends meet. Iyuno was enough as my main income, and I could live comfortably.

Cons

Over time, my workload was gradually reduced without any explanation, despite having five years of experience and consistently high-quality work. I was effectively replaced by new translators while being kept in the dark. This has left me uncertain about my future, and unfortunately, I can no longer rely on Iyuno as a primary source of income. After years of dedication and turning down other opportunities to stay loyal, this outcome is very disappointing.
