Good team, they provide the equipment, has 13th month and bonuses, good benefits like 12 Annual leaves, sick leaves and 5 emergency leave.
Cons
-Low salary, they have salary increase base on the KPI however, if you hit your KPI, the increase and bonus is still low. -after 2 years there's no growth anymore -no work and life balance

Thank you very much for this feedback. We are working diligently to create an employee value proposition that is unparalleled in the industry.
At the beginning, I had stable work and didn’t have to worry about making ends meet. Iyuno was enough as my main income, and I could live comfortably.
Cons
Over time, my workload was gradually reduced without any explanation, despite having five years of experience and consistently high-quality work. I was effectively replaced by new translators while being kept in the dark.
This has left me uncertain about my future, and unfortunately, I can no longer rely on Iyuno as a primary source of income. After years of dedication and turning down other opportunities to stay loyal, this outcome is very disappointing.

We value the expertise and commitment of our freelance community and are sorry to hear this was your experience. Work volumes in our industry can shift based on client demand, language needs, and project mix. We expect our teams to engage with freelancers respectfully and transparently, and we do not support practices that leave contributors feeling overlooked or disregarded. Your feedback highlights an area where we must continue to improve. Iyuno values quality, experience, and professionalism, and we do not reduce opportunities based on individuals raising questions or concerns. Thank you again for sharing your perspective.
