      Pros

      "You must enter at least 5 words for Pros." - but I really can't think of any

      Cons

      The company just runs on autocracy and ethnocentrism. If you are not the same race as the CEO & higher management people, you are basically just a slave. No staff benefits and it was really difficult to apply for annual leave, even for just two days. They tend to take single/unmarried staff because they have less family obligations and can work long hours. They also sack you if you are pregnant during the probation period so that they don't have to give maternal leave. Well, she basically just sack everyone she doesn't like.

      Pros

      At the beginning, I had stable work and didn’t have to worry about making ends meet. Iyuno was enough as my main income, and I could live comfortably.

      Cons

      Over time, my workload was gradually reduced without any explanation, despite having five years of experience and consistently high-quality work. I was effectively replaced by new translators while being kept in the dark. This has left me uncertain about my future, and unfortunately, I can no longer rely on Iyuno as a primary source of income. After years of dedication and turning down other opportunities to stay loyal, this outcome is very disappointing.
