      It is a good place to start your career especially if you enjoy finance. I also work with a somewhat modern tech stack.

      Great coworkers. Benefits were great.

      Cons

      Stingy pay, overdone and ineffective management. Terrible handling of neurodiversity. Company less interested in local talent despite Dimon’s obsession Wyatt in office work. There is a gradual devaluation of a wide swaths of roles including junior bankers to leverage depressed economies abroad to line shareholder pockets.
