      Pros

      Salary and ability to take time off when needed.

      Cons

      career path is limited on IT side. Also there are many LOBs some good most bad. I am in the bad one. They don't treat or acknowledge people very well or show any pride in their people. Other locations like India gets all the good stuff but in the US its literally a work shop.

      Great coworkers. Benefits were great.

      Cons

      Stingy pay, overdone and ineffective management. Terrible handling of neurodiversity. Company less interested in local talent despite Dimon’s obsession Wyatt in office work. There is a gradual devaluation of a wide swaths of roles including junior bankers to leverage depressed economies abroad to line shareholder pockets.
