The main problem with this company is due to private equity firms coming in and expecting ever increasing revenues, this lead to micromanagement, worse compensation, losses of valuable employees to other firms, & generally a much worse environment to work in. This also lead to rapid acquisition of other firms, regardless of how well the acquisition would fit in the company culture.
They have been bleeding employees for the past few years, and competitors have been snatching up anyone they can.
