Salary increases are very small or not at all, JBS designs corp. for vertical or sideways movement for pay increases(Heads and higher do get them)

Decent but expensive benefits and pay slightly above average for similar roles.

Long, long days and hours of mandatory OT, lazy and sloppy work-culture, management that doesn't work or listen to make anything better, backstabbing gossip, callous and stupid HR department, pay still below the demands and workload, no time for anything personal, etc.
