Great time to be a part of JCPenney. Coming out of the turnaround and a laser like focus on key priorities. Leadership team has the right vision and is leading the way to make JCPenney the preferred retailer in the US.
Cons
Definitely change in the organization. Working there you need to be nimble and add value, no room for underperformers or slackers.
