Pros
Team member associates are friendly and supportive. The work is fun especially during back to school and the holiday season. I love helping customers find what they need. The associate discount is very nice.
Cons
Sometimes the hours are not enough. A forty hour work week would help my life. A living wage such as fifteen dollars an hour would benefit all the hardworking employees.
