Pros
None that I can think of. I have seen people stating the benefits as a pro, I think those have never worked anywhere else to compare. Benefits are not good at all.
Cons
Instability, high turnover, mgmt not knowing which way to go, due to lack of clear directions, the company is throwing everything to see what sticks.....the brand itself is OLD SCHOOL and way over priced, the stores are empty and sad, the coupons are just a way to lie to customers who do not do their homework before buying cheap materials, ugly clothing for the same price they can buy a brand name in Macy's for a whole lot less. If you work in corporate (HQ in Plano, TX) you will be watching your back and feel stressed about your employment future, not because of something you did, but because the company is unstable and in the verge of BANKRUPTCY.
