      Pros

      I would say people but there has been such a turnover with the new IT leadership that it's hard to find a pro.

      Cons

      New IT leadership appears to be in over their head and their idea of insourcing is shipping jobs to JCP Services INDIA! There is a reason IT members would not recommend JCP to their friends.
