Pros
It's a nice place to begin in retail, great co-workers, acceptable policies, nice products, decent starting wage... Just use this as a stepping stone in the Retail Business.
Cons
The management sucks in the store i worked at, which pretty much ruined my experience at JCP. Not a great place for teen's to work because you get looked down upon by older co-workers and managers, the boss will move you around to different departments that you may not approve of... like hire you as a sales associate in the men's department and then deicde to put you in package pickup, so that you can lug 100+ pd. boxes around!
