Pros
Lots of easy things to do breaks up the day so it goes by quickly. Being on the stock team means that you don't interact much with everyone else in the store (including customers). There is a morning meeting everyday that we are never a part of and right about opening time is when i stop putting stuff on the floor and head back to unload the truck.
Cons
No real advancement opportunities, upper management is very fake nice one even told me she has no interest in remembering my name. Told me I would hire in at one rate then during orientation it said a lower rate so I bitched and they gave me 25 cents over what they said initially
