Pros
Most of the people I work with are okay. The scheduling is pretty flexible in the store I work in. The employee discount is pretty good
Cons
There are too many bosses to answer to. You never know if you may be pleasing one boss, but pissing the other ones off. There has been a pay freeze, so you don't feel compensated for the work you do, so sometimes you wonder why should I worry about giving 100%. There are too many silly little contest that goes on, It makes you feel like your in grade school, and sometimes you're even treated like that. The constant pushing of charge applications on customers becomes daunting.
