Business Outlook
Pros
The other people that work there are pretty friendly and training is thorough if not too long. Better than too short though. For the most part, management is nice and gets behind their employees when they do a good job. They really try to work with your schedule, no matter how strict it is.
Cons
The pay is minimal. Don't really expect much more from a retail company though. Also, communication between different departments is poor as is common with most jobs, I guess.
