Pros

At the store level management is easy to work with. The Store Manager and Sales Managers are easy to talk to and also easy to work for. They do not talk down to you and allow you to balance work and personal life by allowing for time off when needed.

Cons

At the district level the Managment is very poor. The District Loss Prevention Manager for the Orlando discrict is very poor when it comes to people skills. The DLPM talks to everyone below her as if they are children. No people skill what so ever. The DPLM will not even interview from within for advancement, always hires from outside the company. When giving advice how how to improve the DLPM always focuses on the negative of the person. There is no positive advice given to the employee by the DLPM/

Pros

Decent hours, you get off earlier depending on the size of the truck coming in that day which can be a good and bad thing. You also get several hours before the store opens without customers. No late nights.

Cons

Too early for some, and even earlier mornings during high traffic times of the year like Christmas/Black Friday Sales days.
