Pros

Friendly staff and easy to use technology. As long as you smile a lot, the days usually go by fast. From a customer point of view, the employees are amazing at helping you get the best deal possible.

Cons

They overwork their employees by scheduling them several days back to back while not scheduling others for days at a time even if others are free. A little too obsessed with meeting their daily goals of credit card sign-ups. Understaffed 70% of the time.
