As we’ve brought together seven companies over the last two years, we have had to make some changes to bonus eligibility; however, we’ve kept employee premiums, copays and deductibles generally flat despite the rising cost of health care throughout the U.S.
At the start of the pandemic, the company implemented a 10% pay cut, and, we were able to return the pay cut by year end which is something most companies were unable to do.
With regard to mass lay-offs, we’ve brought seven companies together over the past 2 years, and we’ve committed to retaining as many employees as possible - we have not had mass lay-offs. In 2021, we grew our headcount.
We want our employees to develop and grow at the company, and we have recently tightened up our programs to encourage our employees to seek internal opportunities.
