Great team of people with some keen industry knowledge and a will to succeed. The brand ensures that doors are opened for discussion and relationships within some sectors are really strong with customers wanting the company to challenge the competition to bring change.
Cons
Poor management through many changes has given way to no real focus on customer needs with local empire building being the main challenge giving red tape and stifling innovation from the shop floor. The unwillingness to take leads and requirements from the customer base will certainly continue to ensure this company does not become a real threat to the competition. Much money has been wasted on consultants and people who say they can do the necessary work and then have had no substance behind them (must be really good at interview?).
