Pros

I came to JFrog because I felt a real connection to our CODEX and the leaders. I could see how much they cared about people and leading via the values. Now that I've been here a little less than a year, I can truly say that the CODEX is real. It guides how we work together and relate to one another. We may not be perfect, but we aspire to do great things together and have an amazing experience while doing it. I also came here because it's a great business. Our product is beloved by our customers and mission critical for their software development and we have so much growth ahead of us. I love the cross cultural aspect of JFrog. As an Israeli-founded company, we're in Israel, the US and expanding sales offices across the globe. I love how passionate, smart, and bold our leaders are. There's no halfway at JFrog! Frogs give 110% - that's just who we are. We work at a pretty intense pace and have fun while doing it. Leadership is bold

Cons

If you're wanting to work remotely, this is not an ideal place for you. While we have some roles in the field, most frogs are working in our swamps 3 days a week and some 4 days. I personally was excited to get back in person, but I realize this may not be for everyone.

Pros

Relatively stabile company in terms of no layoffs, good product fit, generally great team members across the organization

Cons

Too many chefs in the kitchen on majority of the projects, too much involvement from c-suite on minor details, too many people in senior positions make very last minute demands and do not supply the support to make them happen in a timely fashion, last but not least c-suite is pretty much never satisfied. C-suite will frequently lash out on one person on a call with many stakeholders for a small mistake or a mistake that isn't their fault (even if it was a big mistake I don't condone this type of behavior). I don't know if I ever heard any positive feedback at all from C-suite to anyone that wasn't already quite senior.
