Pros

Cutting-Edge Technology: At JFrog, you are at the heart of innovation, working with the latest technologies in DevOps. This provides an excellent platform for tech enthusiasts to thrive and shape future tech trends. Commitment to Development: While structured growth paths are still being developed, JFrog actively supports personal and professional development by providing free access to Cloud Guru classes and certifications. Employees are also encouraged to dedicate 20% of their workweek to personal development initiatives, emphasizing the company’s commitment to employee growth. Collaborative and Social Environment: The work atmosphere at JFrog is highly collaborative, with accessible leadership and frequent social gatherings. The company hosts numerous celebrations and impromptu kitchen meet-ups for snacks and drinks, fostering a strong sense of community and team cohesion. Hybrid Flexibility: JFrog offers a hybrid work model, blending three days of office collaboration with two days of remote work each week, promoting a balance that supports productivity and personal well-being.

Cons

Challenging Pace: The dynamic nature of the tech industry means that the work pace is fast, which is exhilarating but may require time to adapt. Navigating Growth: With rapid company growth, there are occasional shifts in strategy and roles, which are generally well-managed but can be an adjustment.

Pros

Relatively stabile company in terms of no layoffs, good product fit, generally great team members across the organization

Cons

Too many chefs in the kitchen on majority of the projects, too much involvement from c-suite on minor details, too many people in senior positions make very last minute demands and do not supply the support to make them happen in a timely fashion, last but not least c-suite is pretty much never satisfied. C-suite will frequently lash out on one person on a call with many stakeholders for a small mistake or a mistake that isn't their fault (even if it was a big mistake I don't condone this type of behavior). I don't know if I ever heard any positive feedback at all from C-suite to anyone that wasn't already quite senior.
