Pros

Nice offices, good stock package (if you're not fired before receiving them)

Cons

Micromanaging is an understatement. Stay as far away as you can, managers and directors who will micromanage you constantly, calls from upper management inquiring about why you're not hitting quota. Never ending stress including weekends and holidays. In 3 years 0 people have been promoted from this team, 4 were fired, and all top performers left for better companies because there was no promotion path and they couldn't take it anymore. Cult like following of the company "codex" which magically disappears when they want to fire you - and they will fire you... Now the company has started a new initiative to hire young bdrs to an "academy" - take my advice and stay away from this scam.

Pros

Relatively stabile company in terms of no layoffs, good product fit, generally great team members across the organization

Cons

Too many chefs in the kitchen on majority of the projects, too much involvement from c-suite on minor details, too many people in senior positions make very last minute demands and do not supply the support to make them happen in a timely fashion, last but not least c-suite is pretty much never satisfied. C-suite will frequently lash out on one person on a call with many stakeholders for a small mistake or a mistake that isn't their fault (even if it was a big mistake I don't condone this type of behavior). I don't know if I ever heard any positive feedback at all from C-suite to anyone that wasn't already quite senior.
