Pros

Great product. The company has a bright future as it has clear path laid ahead. It is putting it's mark in every phases of DevOps and collaborating with all the companies that are best in industry. They are calling it EveryOps as the product is assembling evrything in the DevOps world under one hood. The company has a unique way of handling disaster. When more or less every company has been firing during the Corona time, this company did not fire a single person and kept them employed. Employees are treated well and given all the benefits. Employees can grow in the company and can choose the career path that they seek. Lots of opportunities are there to move accross the teams within the company and the management helps them to go through the preparation phase along with the support for learning etc.

Cons

No work life balance. Twenty four hours are not enough. The customers with all the subscription are given same priority which is great for the customers but not for the employees who handle the customers. Sometimes the customers demand a lot and ask to spoon feed and ask to support things that are not even JFrog product. But employees are expected to satisfy those queries to satisfy the customer.

Pros

Relatively stabile company in terms of no layoffs, good product fit, generally great team members across the organization

Cons

Too many chefs in the kitchen on majority of the projects, too much involvement from c-suite on minor details, too many people in senior positions make very last minute demands and do not supply the support to make them happen in a timely fashion, last but not least c-suite is pretty much never satisfied. C-suite will frequently lash out on one person on a call with many stakeholders for a small mistake or a mistake that isn't their fault (even if it was a big mistake I don't condone this type of behavior). I don't know if I ever heard any positive feedback at all from C-suite to anyone that wasn't already quite senior.
