Pros

Work at your own speed. Team building. Doing something good for the environment.

Cons

Working in commercial solar is a great idea. I worked tirelessly for over a year. Contacted over a thousand companies. Unfortunately with Trump in office the Renewable market has been harmed. I achieved many high profile businesses to present our proposals. The prices were rather expensive in my opinion but I'm just a salesman. After about a year managed to get a smaller job in contract. Mid stream thru the project the client jumped ship as a local company offered the same project for a third of the price. JK then tried lowering the price but that just made us look scammy and unprofessional. As a salesman I was not in the loop after the contract was signed but it's my opinion nothing was being done and a site survey was never done. I lost faith in JK after that. Kept attending sales meetings but with the current political headwinds and now the US in a war no one was interested in solar. After July 4th my email and my team leader and many other sales members emails were turned off without warning. After I sent a scathing email to Justin I received my termination letter. I think what JK wants to do is great. Operating in 50 states as a small company probably is not a great plan. There is to much local experience that is needed.
