Pros
You will learn every aspect of the car sales business, from greeting to signing. They taught me stuff about the car deals that finance mangers at other dealerships do not know. The pay reflects the amount of knowledge you are suppose to have on tap.
Cons
The sale of luxury cars is very finicky, and there are points in time where sales will drop. The Jaguar side of the business is very much only for Jaguar Enthusiasts, as almost all the competition is better.
