      December is a happy month because the company shares bonuses to their associates the first week in December and hosts different holiday party events.

      Cons

      Some of the newer associates that are leaders have a tendency to yell at their associates. Management are not swift enough in nipping those outburst in the bud.

      Pros

      JM provides good opportunities for the range of professional corporate occupations available in South Florida.

      Cons

      Too much "get along, go along" culture which may be okay if one is planning to stay with JM through retirement, but is not helpful if one's career progression involves employment with other companies. As a rule, the best places I worked at encouraged creativity, systems thinking, adaptability, integrity, and trust. These values felt lacking during my six-month tenure at JM back in 2014.
