      Pros

      Benefits like the medical center, gym and salon can't be beat. Most of the people there are very nice and friendly. In a lot of way the "culture" that they tout as so important is nothing more than smoke and mirrors.

      Cons

      Work/Life balance only exists for some people and in some areas. Corporate politics and leadership favoritism are worse then I have ever seen before. Once leadership and HR have identified you as a strong performer you can do no wrong.....once leadership and HR have identified you as a poor performer you can do nothing right.

      Pros

      JM provides good opportunities for the range of professional corporate occupations available in South Florida.

      Cons

      Too much "get along, go along" culture which may be okay if one is planning to stay with JM through retirement, but is not helpful if one's career progression involves employment with other companies. As a rule, the best places I worked at encouraged creativity, systems thinking, adaptability, integrity, and trust. These values felt lacking during my six-month tenure at JM back in 2014.
