      Pros

      Good benefits and great pension, salary is up to par once you add in bonuses. Business leaders have a realistic vision and goals are attainable. Great camaraderie with in the business,

      Cons

      IT is in chaos. VPs keep fighting each other damaging any possible progress or cohesion; group of cliques. Very top heavy, "leadership" without any accountability, nothing really gets done.

      Pros

      JM provides good opportunities for the range of professional corporate occupations available in South Florida.

      Cons

      Too much "get along, go along" culture which may be okay if one is planning to stay with JM through retirement, but is not helpful if one's career progression involves employment with other companies. As a rule, the best places I worked at encouraged creativity, systems thinking, adaptability, integrity, and trust. These values felt lacking during my six-month tenure at JM back in 2014.
